Annette is known for her super high-energy and infectious sense of humor! Her focus during classes is on form, alignment and proper body mechanics. She will motivate and inspire you to release your lean inner athlete, and build back confidence after injuries and setbacks.

 Annette has 2 sons. She loves hiking, paddle-boarding, yoga and travel. 

 Annette Allen has been a certified group exercise instructor and sports medicine certified trainer for over 3 decades. She also has taught indoor cycling for over 20 years, is a 500 hour Yogaworks certified yoga instructor, a level 1 Yoga Tune Up instructor, and has been certified through Disabled Sports USA and American College of Sports Medicine- to name a few. She is also a certified holistic nutritionist through NCEP.
